We explain the main categories of website data used to respond to enquiries, administer services and operate the site responsibly.
Website forms
Forms request contact details and enquiry information so Gozo Tutoring can respond, arrange tutoring or evaluate applications. The server-side handler first stores a protected private copy and then attempts administrative and applicant email notifications through the configured mail transport.
Minimisation
Do not submit passwords, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information through general website forms. For child learners, a parent or guardian should normally be the primary service contact.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics should be used only with an appropriate configuration and in accordance with the user’s consent choice.
