Submit subject, level, schedule, location and contact details. No payment is taken at this stage.

Gozo Tutoring checks subject/curriculum fit, tutor availability and the requested timetable.

Confirm & activate
The client receives the confirmed service arrangement and payment/invoice details before lessons begin.
During the plan
The service should remain visible after purchase.

- Resources and revision structure where relevant
- Progress checkpoints for ongoing plans
- Parent/learner visibility through the Learning Passport framework
When plans change
Clients should not feel trapped.
Delivery, frequency and support level can be discussed when needs change. Any cancellation, rescheduling or payment conditions are governed by the confirmed service terms—not hidden inside a marketing page.
